Bridge work to impact marine traffic at US17/92

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) will close the St. Johns River to all marine traffic under the railroad bridge near US 17/92, at the west end of Lake Monroe. The Florida Department of Transportation is scheduled to make repairs and upgrades to the Central Florida Commuter Rail Corridor bridge – on which SunRail trains will run. The Lake Monroe Wayside Park Boat Ramp will remain open during this time.

The bridge work begins Friday, September 28 at 9 p.m. and continues until Saturday, October 1 at 3 a.m
