It's not too late to sign up for Mar. 23rd Lake Jesup Restoration event!

Lake Jesup Restoration Next Saturday!
Saturday March 23rd, 2013 9am - noon

Join the Seminole County Watershed Management Division, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, St. Johns Water Management District, & Seminole County Sheriff’s Office for our 2nd Lake Jesup Restoration event! Work alongside biologists to plant native eelgrass in this important waterway. Volunteers must be at least 10 yrs old, and wear closed-toe shoes.

What to Bring
Please note that we will be working in the water for the duration of the event. Old clothes, yard gloves, a hat, and sunscreen are recommended.

Meet us at Black Hammock Adventures, 2356 Black Hammock Fish Camp Rd, Oviedo, FL 32765 (; they are generously providing air boat transportation to the planting location!
