The Plan informs water users about the projected future increase in water demand, sustainable withdrawal limits for water resources and related natural systems, and the methods and means to supply water in a sustainable manner.

The Plan is available at floridaswater.com/DWSP2013 for review and comment by the public, local governments and other stakeholders. The comment period will close on Feb. 20, 2014.
