Two invasive species workshops coming up

Seminole County and the University of Florida IFAS Extension are offering two evening classes focused on the problem of invasive species. Learn which species are problematic and why, as well as how you can eradicate them from your landscape.

Wed., Feb. 25th, 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. — Getting to Know Invasive Species

Tues., Mar. 3rd, 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. — Planning Your Attack on Invasive Species

Both classes will be held at Seminole County Extension Center, 250 West County Home Road in Sanford. For more information, call or email Kelly DiCristina: (407) 665-5560.
